The metrology room plays a key role in the measurement and validation of our production, using the latest generation instruments and measuring equipment (including profile magnifiers, altimeters, involute meters and 3D controllers).
The entire facility conforms to ISO 9001:2000 standards, as certified by DNV.
All parts are stringently tested before they are assembled by skilled and trained personnel using specific tooling that is prerequisite to achieving the precision that is typical with Tecnoingranaggi gear units. When the assembly is complete each product is assigned a serial number for identification and tracking.
The adjacent test lab houses a testing machine which gauges the final backlash, and a bench that allows the simulation of new technical solutions and/or dynamic loading of production or prototype units.
